What is Copper Vault?
Copper Vault is an Australian physical copper investment brand. We produce and sell investment grade 99.9 fine copper bars and coins for investors, collectors and stackers who want to own real tangible metal. We also offer a range of pure copper lifestyle products including water bottles, jewellery and wellness accessories.
What products do you sell?
We sell 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and 20kg solid copper bullion bars, 1oz copper coins, starter bundles, large investment stacks and a range of pure copper lifestyle products. All bullion products are 99.9 fine copper and stamped with the Copper Vault hallmark.
Is copper a good investment?
Copper is the metal powering the clean energy transition. Electric vehicles require 4x more copper than petrol cars and global demand from renewable energy, AI infrastructure and grid upgrades is accelerating. How does the weekly stacking plan work?
You choose a weekly investment amount — $50, $200 or $500 per week. Your contribution accumulates toward physical copper which ships to you when you hit a milestone. It is dollar cost averaging applied to physical metal — simple, automatic and habit forming. Contact us to get started.
What is the quality of your copper?
All Copper Vault bullion products are 99.9 fine copper — investment grade purity. Every bar and coin is individually stamped with the Copper Vault hallmark including the Spartan helmet vault door logo, weight, purity and Cu periodic table element box for authenticity.
How is my order packaged?
Every order is shipped in plain discreet outer packaging with no branding or indication of the contents. Your copper is carefully wrapped and protected inside to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for resellers, businesses and volume buyers. For orders of 100kg or more please use the Wholesale Enquiry button in the navigation or contact us directly at hello@coppervault.com.au to discuss pricing and delivery arrangements.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of physical commodity products all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes — we ship to all states and territories across Australia. For standard orders delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. Large freight orders are coordinated directly with you to ensure safe delivery.
Will copper jewellery turn my skin green?
Pure copper can leave a natural green tint on skin — this is completely harmless and is simply a reaction between the copper and your skin's natural oils and sweat. It is actually an indicator that your product is genuine pure copper. The tint washes off easily with soap and water.
How do I care for my copper products?
For copper bars and coins — store in a cool dry place away from moisture. For copper water bottles — hand wash only with lemon juice and salt to maintain shine, avoid storing acidic drinks. For copper jewellery — clean occasionally with lemon juice and salt, dry thoroughly after contact with water.
