Shipping & Delivery Information

At Copper Vault, every order is carefully prepared and processed to ensure the quality, presentation, and protection of your copper bullion products. Due to the high demand we are currently experiencing, all orders are processed in secured production batches before dispatch.

Current Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are currently between 2–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

These timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Order volume and current demand
  • Production scheduling
  • Product availability
  • Shipping destination
  • Public holidays and courier delays

We are actively working to reduce delivery times while maintaining the quality standards expected from every Copper Vault product.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  1. Your order is confirmed and allocated
  2. Your copper products enter secured production processing
  3. Orders are packaged and prepared for dispatch
  4. Tracking details are emailed once shipped

All orders are shipped in the order they are processed through our production queue.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and order size.

At this stage, Copper Vault operates as an online-only business and does not offer public warehouse pickups or local collection.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking information for your parcel
  • Courier updates as available

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your spam/junk folder in case updates are filtered there.


Packaging & Security

All Copper Vault orders are packaged securely and discreetly to protect your order during transit. Exterior packaging does not advertise the contents of the parcel.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. Copper Vault is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
